The schedule for the North Texas Regional Tournament is as follows:
| May 2009 | International FLL team registration begins and will continue until September or until all slots are filled |
| July 2009 | Robot sets and team manuals begin to ship |
| August 2009 | Robot Game field set-up kits begin to ship |
| September 2009 | International Challenge released |
| September 30, 2009 | International FLL team registration closes in late September OR WHEN FULL |
| October 15 -31, 2009 | Registration for North Texas FLL Regional Tournament |
| January 23, 2010 | North Texas FLL Championship Tournament - The Hockaday School |
