Ticket Difficulties FAQ

Q. I am looking online because I want to purchase tickets for a specific date but there are not any ticket times showing up for that day.
A. Only ticket times with tickets still available show up. If you do not see any ticket times in the drop down window, there are no tickets for that date and time.

Q. As I was printing my tickets at home, my printer jammed OR I do not have a ticket printer.
A. No worries. Go to “my account” at the eMuseum and you can reprint your transaction from there. Or, bring your sales confirmation number to the Will Call Window at the MNS Box Office and we will print them for you.

Q. I cannot get my credit card to go through. It keeps being declined and I have used several different cards.
A. The eMuseum checks information such as billing address and zip code and the CVV number on the back of the card against your credit card information. Only an exact match will be processed. We are sorry, but due to the volume of ticket transactions, we cannot provide tech support to web users. If you are unable to process a web transaction, please visit the MNS Box Office.

Q. I purchased my tickets for a specific time but now I can’t come until later.
A. No worries. We can accept your tickets for a later time on a space available basis. However, tickets MUST be used on the day for which they were purchased. We cannot accept tickets for previous or future dates.

Q. I purchased too many tickets OR I purchased tickets and now someone can’t make it.
A. Sorry, there are no refunds and exchanges on tickets once they are purchased.

Q. I purchased these tickets online, but now I want to use a discount coupon/complementary pass.
A. Sorry, there are no exchanges on tickets once they are purchased. Discount offers and passes are only good on a walk up basis at the Box Office and are based on ticket availability.

Q. I was charged twice, I was incorrectly charged, I accidentally made two ticket transactions, etc.
A. Please call 214.428.5555 and the switchboard will direct your call to the appropriate person to address your concern. Or email refunds@natureandscience.org

Q. Can you mail The Science of Spying tickets to me?
A. Sorry, tickets cannot be mailed. Tickets purchased in advance can be picked up at the Will Call Window at the MNS box office.

Q. Will I have to wait in line for my tickets?
A. Please remember that we expect to see over 100,000 people for this exhibition. The best way to avoid standing in line and to insure ticket availability is to purchase your tickets online at www.natureandscience.org and print your tickets at home. This allows you to go directly to the exhibit entrance with your tickets.
